Solas Annual Report

SOLAS are the authoritative body for Further Education and Training in Ireland. They are responsible for the design and provision of a world-class FET sector that is responsive to the needs of learners and the requirements of a changed and changing economy.

Their 2017 annual report expanded on their existing visual identity designed by Language and employed a design of geometric shapes and motifs to allude to the year’s milestones and achievements. The cover features an illustration of abstracted numerals with this aesthetic being extended and repeated throughout the report. Particular care was given to the treatment of financial statements, strategic goals and infographics around FET provision and strategy.
